What to Expect

  • We begin with a short check-in to understand what is here with you and maybe what you are hoping to release or receive.
  • You can play music for yourself and find a comfortable position in a safe space. You don't need to do anything except be present and open.
  • I will guide you through a calming and grounding meditation connecting you to your body and opening you up to receive Reiki.
  • I will then connection with Reiki and then connect with you. I may ask you to breath or tap or express vocal sounds to help move and release stuck energies.
  • It is possible that you fall asleep. Many clients to and this is wonderful. You are receiving exactly what you need and sometimes a restful moment of sleep is just that.
  • When I feel as though the Reiki is complete, you will be gently guided back to your body and to a seated position. We will discuss about the session - what you noticed, and what I noticed. And any recommendations that came to me through the session either from Reiki Guides, or from your Angels or Spirit Guides .
